Each retreat facilitated by Bhuvaneswari can serve as an initiation and a rejuvenation for body, mind and spirit.There are three types of retreats:Silent Retreats focus on silence and stillness. These four days are dedicated to the regeneration and stillness of the body (diet), purification of the mind, meditation, breath work and selfless service. Sha Retreat
The Sha Retreat is dedicated to communion with the spirit of nature. This 5-day retreat is held in a virgin forest overlooking a lake in Lady Smith, Quebec. The retreat is co-taught by Bhuvaneswari and Matthew Cosgrove (shaman, healer and teacher). The retreat is indicated for students looking for healing, repose, increased self-esteem, creativity and group connection. All seekers welcome. We suggest Practical Awakening as a pre-requisite. International Retreat
The International Pilgrimage is a journey to a very specific part of the Earth that contains sacred vibrations to stimulate human transformation. Bhuvaneswari co-teaches this retreat with Matthew Cosgrove. Each have many years of experience, and assure a safe and meaningful journey. The journey usually consists of a 2 week program, taking place in February. Cost: $900.00 for the teaching program.
